The room was big (i stayed in a standard double room city view). the location had numerous shops near the hotel. the breakfast was very nice. The breakfast staff were superb. the staff cleaned the rooms well.

I found there was no refrigerator in the room. it was disappointing. It would have been helpful.

The front desk staff were kind and helpful. I checked in before 2:00 pm. i was able to leave my luggage until 7:00 pm on my departure day. the bar employee gave me hot water (that was very nice).

My room had sufficient facilities. I found the breakfast great, with a wide selection of items (especially the pastries). Check-in and checkout were very easy and efficient. I really appreciate the staff's helpfulness . The location is also very convenient.
